Apple Night Cream: How to Treat Sensitive Skin

Night creams can make your skin healthy and glowing, but there are some creams that might not fit with your sensitive skin. There are night creams that do cater to sensitive skin, but they are very expensive. Do not worry, you can create your own night cream that works on your sensitive skin and is inexpensive as well. By following this recipe, you can create apple night cream for your sensitive skin. The acid in the apples will help you get great skin using things you can find in your pantry. Just follow the steps below to make apple night cream.
1. Gather up what you need for the apple night cream. The ingredients are: an apple, one cup of olive oil, and one cup of rose water. You can use any kind of apple for this, and any size as well, but medium is best.
2. Next, you will have to wash your apple so that any fertilizers or dirt that was on the outside comes off. Do not peel off the skins, as these are nutritious and good for your skin, and cut the apple into small pieces. Remember to remove the seeds and the stem. Afterwards, get a blender and put in all of the chopped pieces of apple inside.
3. Measure a cup of olive oil and add it in to the apples inside the blender. Start to blend it until the mixture is smooth and creamy and has no lumps at all. Sometimes it is inevitable to have at least a few lumps, but do your best to decrease them because this is cream. This usually takes around 30 seconds on a low setting.
4. Next, transfer the blended mixture into a glass bowl and put it on top of a bowl of boiling water, or put it in a double broiler. This is so that the mixture will get warmed but will not get cooked. Mix constantly until it is warm, yet not boiling. Make sure that the apples are not cooked either. Take the bowl away from the heat and let it cool.
5. After the mixture is completely cooled, put the rose water into the mixture and mix everything using a whisk or a fork. Now you have yourself an apple night cream. If you want, you can put the cream into containers and store them. You do not have to store them in the fridge, though this will increase its longevity to a whole week.
