How to Look Sexy when Naked

Take Care Of Yourself

  1. Improve your posture. Even if your body isn’t perfect, good posture can help you look confident and command the space around you, making your nude body more striking. Try some pilates, light weights, or yoga.
  2. Get a (real or fake) tan. Tanning is a great way to look thinner without actually going on a diet. It can also hide other flaws like spider veins or stretch marks.
  3. Exfoliate. Skin can be dry and flaky, especially in the wintertime. Scrubbing off those dead skin cells will help you look more radiant.
  4. Make your skin shimmer. An oil-free tinted moisturizer will help even out your skin tone. It not only blends into your skin easily, but also contains light-reflecting prisms that give you a sensuous look.
  5. Exercise. You don't need to work out excessively before stripping down. A few push-ups or squats beforehand will help your body look more toned.
  6. Do something sexy with your hair. Tousled hair is especially appropriate when you’re in the buff, so muss it up, leave it unbrushed, and try to create a little volume. If you’re a girl, one good way to make it naturally wavy is to leave it in a bun for at least a few hours beforehand, letting it down right before you get naked; in fact, you might even take the bun out while you’re naked and shake your hair out in front of your viewer(s) for dramatic effect.
  7. Give yourself a manicure/pedicure. A simple pampering method like a mani-pedi gives you a natural self-confidence boost that shows! Don't be afraid to try a bold color that will make you feel sexier too.
    • Nothing will put the brakes on your moment of sexiness like having long, dirty toenails; even if you can’t be bothered to do anything fancy with your nails, at least make sure they’re clean and clipped.
  8. Groom your hair down there. Have it waxed into a playful shape. If you prefer to be natural, just do a quick trim with scissors.

Set the Mood

  1. Adjust the room temperature. A slight chill will keep your nipples perky but a bit of heat will give you a natural glow. However, like Goldilocks, you want it to be just right: don’t make the room so cold that you shiver awkwardly or so hot that you drip sweat.
  2. Limit your food and drink beforehand. If you eat a big meal or have a few glasses of wine before getting naked, you’ll risk looking bloated.
  3. Accessorize. When you're naked, there are other things you can wear besides a smile. Wear a piece of dangly jewelry or some heels that will also give the added appeal of making your legs look lean.
  4. Find the right lighting. A soft lighting scheme can help flatter your figure. Try to incorporate candles or other similar mood lighting as well. Avoid harsh fluorescent lighting; nobody looks their best under fluorescent light.
  5. Be confident. Nothing is sexier on a person than confidence. If you feel sexy and fabulous, you will look it!
